Breed Of Cat: What breed of cat does your cat identify as?

*Age: What's the age of your cat? In moons?

*Gender: Whats your cats gender? She-cat or tom?

Sexuality: What sexuality is your cat? Heterosexual? Asexual? Maybe homosexual

*Skills: Whats your cat good at? Hunting, Fishing, Maybe swimming?

Location Of Birth: Where was your cat born?

*Clan: What clan is your cat in, Or maybe it's a rogue, loner or kittypet.

*Rank: Is your cat a Kit? Apprentice? Warrior? Leader? Deputy? Medicine Cat? Loner? Kittypet? Rogue?

*Looks: what does your cat look like? This includes markings, body size, eye color, fur length, basic fur color, and is she/he muscular or lithe?

*Personality: How, When, and Why does your cat act this way?

*Postive Traits: At least two.

*Negative Traits: At least one.

*Neutral Traits: At least two.

Likes: What does you cat like to do, Or does your cat like socialzing?

Dislikes: What does your cat dislike? Water?

*Background Information: This is cats history, what age did this happen and how? (This isnt included for kits)
